INTEGRATING SELF-AWARENESS THROUGH RESILIENCE
The initiations to be crossed in life are a great journey in our own journey of self-awareness. Facing the illusion of separation and the necessary destruction of limiting beliefs and our expectations can require a lot of time but above all resilience. Only a loving approach, enlightening in detachment, in acceptance, in compassion, devoid of judgments and in the opening of the heart towards the achievement of love of SELF, engenders a certain freedom.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
INTEGRATION TOWARDS SELF-AWARENESS THROUGH RESILIENCE
1- Reclaim the identification of one's inner consciousness (know how to recognize the influence of shadow and the benefits of light on one's existence)
2- Unification of the lower and higher worlds, inner and outer, feminine and masculine, positive and negative (Begin the identification of limiting perceptions in the face of polarities and open to the New vision in unlimited joy)
3- Rediscovery of the full potential of Universal Intelligence within oneself (Recognizing that within us lies our absolute Self of love)
4- Be the observer of one's life path as the guiding thread of one's full consciousness (experiences/choices/transformation/integration)
5- Acceptance of the rejection of a part of oneself (Universal Consciousness) in the mirror of existence (projection of inverted polarities) Witness and discern, become aware of the universal laws of Restriction and Expansion) (Attraction/Repulsion) duality battle between the lower intellect and the inner intelligence
6- Begin the identification of the innate plan of one's own inner freedom (accept one's full power) dive into one's own silence to listen to the path of unity
7- Redeploy rebirth and the innate will of self-luminescence, self-awareness and free autonomy
The journey is designed to enable any individual who fully engages in this process to find harmony, serenity and constructive peace in the entirety of their Being.
Everyone who commits to participating allows themselves the most beautiful gift and grants themselves a respite and an opening to themselves in a constantly changing world.
THE VARIOUS LEVELS TO CROSS
During consultations, we will address the various levels and delve deeper to enable a step-by-step transformation. It is suggested to complete one level per month, which will take approximately 9 to 12 months to complete the complete process of profound transformation.
These levels are phases that allow for a more compassionate approach, enabling the complete integration of self-change and the deep healing process. Self-Awareness through Resilience is a journey that raises unconscious shadows and requires a deeper time of internalization than simple therapy. Because all dimensions of the being are covered, consultations are more complete and comprehensive.
STEPS TO GO THROUGH:
1. Self-awareness: Helping you better understand WHO you are, your thoughts and emotions, your beliefs, your illusions, your constructive parts and your dark parts
2. Self-management : Sharing various practices and approaches to better manage your entire being, whether physical, emotional, mental or universal; physical disorders, discomfort, pain, wandering mind, anxiety, anger, frustrations, grief, disappointments and daily stress, confusion, mental fog, trauma, etc.
3. Establishing a process The commitment to put in place to facilitate together the definition of your journey in SELF-Awareness and the achievement of personal changes
4. Personal Transformation: Openness to the transition towards changes, practicing a more conscious approach and changing one's life for ONESELF rather than living for others by engaging in surpassing one's limits and acceptance.
As a facilitator, I offer my openness to listening with compassion and love to create a safe and secure space for the essential exploration of SELF. This can help you feel supported and understood throughout the journey, regardless of your choices.
